What data we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email, the role you are interested in (creator, judge or crowd), the music scenes you pick, your language and, if applicable, the code of the person who invited you.

Purpose and legal basis

We use it only to manage your spot on the waitlist and to email you about the launch of SONARA. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

Until the platform launches and, at most, 12 months after that, unless you create an account or ask us to delete your data earlier.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data. It is stored with our hosting provider Supabase in the European Union (Paris region), acting as data processor.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by writing to hola@naysof.es. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Local storage

We store your referral code in your browser (localStorage) so you can see your spot again. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
